Shipping Informations

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

All packages in the United States are shipped via UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped Internationally via UPS or FEDEX.

Delivery for US orders takes 2-7 business days . Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

US & Canada

  • Free Shipping for orders over $70
  • Flat Rate USPS First Class: $8

Rest of the world

  • Free Shipping Order Over $100
  • Flat Rate: $30

Please note that orders may be subject to import and custom fees, which is the responsibility of the customer.

HANDLING TIME

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Currently, all orders are processed and shipped within 2/3 business days. On holidays, products will be processed and shipped within 3-4 days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing their correct address information. We are not held responsible for any goods being delivered to the wrong address.


If you think you may have provided the incorrect address information, email the correct address to order@demo.mycurlid.com within an hour of your order.

If a package is returned to MY CURL ID due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or if the customer was not available to receive their order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MY CURL ID is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and any issues with delivery should be reported to directly to the carrier.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged product of believe an order may have been incorrectly processed, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order at order@demo.mycurlid.com.

RETURNS

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you did not, we are committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction.


We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care via email returns@demo.mycurlid.com to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.


We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To complete your return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.


Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us. (we are not responsible of any additional fees that our card company may issue to process your refund).

Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

NOTE: all correspondence with customers are conducted via email for records purposes. Anyone that looks to contact us for return items via Instagram or Facebook may not be able to reach us.
